2009-07-01 - Advertisement pilot in the panOULU network ends

The advertisement pilot which was started in December in the City of Oulu's segment of the panOULU network ends at the end of June.
During the pilot, experience has been collected on the use of panOULU network in marketing and on funding the network's administration with advertising income. The city also tested the system provided by Wishfi Europe Oy as a communications channel. The decision on further actions will be done in the autumn. Users of the panOULU network are thanked for their feedback so far. All feedback will be considered when the decision on further actions is done.
