panOULU subscription
With panOULU subscription an organization can provide an open panOULU visitor network to customers and guests in its premises. The panOULU subscription comprises both a regular business connection for the subsriber's own production use and a separate connection for hooking up the WLAN access points placed in subscriber's premises with the panOULU network - this way the subscriber does not have to purchase two separate connections. Subscriber's expenses are determined by the connection capacity, the number of WLAN access points and the services included in the business connection.
panOULU subscription is a technically advanced concept in the sense that the WLAN access points included in the subscription form a uniform network with the existing panOULU network. This ensures seamless user experience, i.e. when the user moves for example from the coverage area of the panOULU subscription of a restaurant at the Rotuaari walking street outdoors, the connection remains.
